Our delivery time is between 1 and 4 weeks. As soon as your order comes in, we pack your work and get it ready for shipment. We take care of this process as soon as possible. With express delivery, you will receive your work approximately 1-2 weeks after placing your order.

Our artworks are all shipped safely and insured. We have some experience shipping artworks and put a note on the packages for our shipping partner to handle the package with care. Framed works of art are sent by us securely padded in parcel form. We pack individual works of art without a frame either in a secure art roll or in a cardboard box in which the work is optimally protected. However, should damage occur, we will of course assume liability.

Currently we only ship within Germany. Standard shipping is 24€ including packaging and insurance. If you want international shipping please contact contact@annapascher.com.

 

You need your artwork very quick, then we can arrange for express delivery. To do this, contact our service at support@annavogt.com. Depending on the size of the work of art, you can expect shipping costs of around 35€.

Shipment tracking

After you have ordered, we will deliver your package within 1-4 weeks depending on choosing framed or without frame and using standard or express shipping. As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can use this to track the progress of the shipment.

 

Can I change again when and where my package will be delivered?

DHL, UPS or GLS will always send you an email to announce the package. You can use this to specify your desired delivery location, e.g. a parcel shop, or change the delivery day.

 

Where is my package?

Please use the shipment tracking to check whether the package was delivered to a neighbor. If the courier doesn't find you at home, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether your package was handed over to a neighbor or a branch, for example.

Returns & reverse processing

I would like to return an item.

All of our items can be returned within 14 days. Here the buyer bears the costs of the return shipment. To receive a return label, contact our service at support@annavogt.com.

I received a damaged package

We are sorry if you received a damaged package. Please let us know immediately after receiving the artwork and contact our service at support@annavogt.com. You will be helped there immediately.

I have received an item that I did not order.

My apologies if the wrong item was delivered to you. Please contact support@annavogt.com and we will send you a return slip.
